Your satisfaction is our priority. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges and try to make your online shopping experience as easy and as pleasant as possible. We do ask that you double check your order before you check out. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at customerservice@folterclothing.com before placing the order.

Please keep the invoice that came in your package, as this is your receipt. The item(s) must be shipped within 30 days of when you receive the package. You can only return or exchange merchandise that has not been worn or show signs of wear. Original shipping costs are not reimbursed for returns/exchanges.

You must contact us BEFORE sending your product back. Please call 818.956.9634 or e-mail customerservice@folterclothing.com to receive a Return Authorization number.
