Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges and try to make your online shopping experience as easy and as pleasant as possible. We do ask that you double check your order before you check out. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at customerservice@folterclothing.com before placing the order.
Please keep the invoice that came in your package, as this is your receipt. The item(s) must be shipped within 14 days of when you receive the package. Please note that items on clearance cannot be returned or exchanged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE. Items on SALE are EXCHAGE ONLY. You can only return or exchange merchandise that has not been worn or show signs of wear. If we receive merchandise that is not in its original condition it will be shipped back to you at your expense. If an exchange is requested you will be charged for the new order and then credited once we receive the original merchandise back. Original shipping costs are not reimbursed for returns/exchanges. You must contact us BEFORE sending your product back. Please call 213.239.0053 or e-mail customerservice@folterclothing.com to receive a Return Authorization number. Returns without Return Authorization number will be sent back to the customer.
