Returns & Exchanges


Your satisfaction is our priority. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges and try to make your online shopping experience as easy and as pleasant as possible. We do ask that you double check your order before you check out. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at customerservice@folterclothing.com before placing your order.

Please keep the invoice that came in your package, as this is your receipt. The item(s) must be shipped within 30 days of when you receive the package. You can only return or exchange merchandise that has not been worn or show signs of wear. Original shipping costs are not reimbursed for returns.
We recommend that you use your own trackable and insured shipping method. Please mail your return to the following address.

Be sure to include your order number or a copy of the original invoice with your return.
Folter offers free exchanges, just contact us BEFORE sending your product back to obtain a shipping label. Please call 818.956.9634 or e-mail customerservice@folterclothing.com to receive a Return Authorization number.  


Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
Folter Clothing is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
